Immersible Pumps are designed so that the inlet port is immersed in liquid, but the motor and electrical components remain dry. These pumps are specially designed for circulation of coolants and lubricants for machine tools, transfer for condensate, handle water from shallow tanks in Industrial units, Granite cutting, Polishing Machines, Industrial Washing and in many other industrial applications. Components of these pumps can be constructed of materials suitable to the liquid being pumped so that they are applicable for use with hard to handle chemicals such as Sulphuric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide and Ferric Chloride. These pumps are capable of continuous operation in a dry insulation with equal efficiency when fully or partially submerged. These pumps are Self Priming and can pump liquids of temperature up to 260Â°C. Different variants are available based on the customer needs.

PL Series Immersible pumps can be used for circulation of coolants and lubricants for machine tools, transfer of condensate, industrial washing and many other industrial applications. The pumps may be installed vertically or horizontally. The maximum operatingï¿½ pressure of these pumps is up to 20 Kg/cm2 and the flow range is from 1m3 to 8m3 . All wetted and rotating components are manufactured in Stainless Steel. A wide range of Seals are available for different applications.

PT Series Immersible pumps are well-suited to the pumping of abrasive process media with applications to be found in aeration, agitation, filtration, re-circulation, spraying, and transfer in industries such as plating, electronics, photo processing, pollution control, chemical processing and water treatment. These pumps are particularly suitable for dry pit applications and insulations where quite running, clean surroundings reliable and long trouble free operations. The maximum operating pressure of these pumps is up to 30 Kg/cm2 and the flow range is from 1m3 to 90m3 . All wetted and rotating components are manufactured in Stainless Steel. A wide range of Seals are available for different applications.

The technology of immersible pump is characterized by its ability to deliver a high constant pressure and a considerable flow. The Multistage Pumps are designed and manufactured to provide smooth, quiet operation and easy installation with minimum floor space.
All pressure-producing components are made of Grade stainless steel for greater corrosion resistance, longer life and higher operating efficiency.
Each model is available with multiple impellers to maximize operating efficiencies and to reduce power consumption for any duty point.
The pump is checked during each stage of the assembly process up to the final stage, wherein every pump is checked for flow, pressure, power consumption, leaks, vibration and noise.

Seals are mounted internally wherein the Stationary part is ceramic or silicon carbide
or carbon or tungsten carbide and the Dynamic part is either carbon or tungsten
carbide or silicon carbide.
